Woo hoo! My new camera just arrived. It’s a brand new Canon 500HS! Last week I took my old 500HS into the Canon Headquarters in Irvine, and expected them to tell me it would cost $100+ to repair (the lens wasn’t opening correctly due to what we’ll call excessive wear & tear).
